Schezwan Nachos Bhel

Schezwan Nachos Bhel

Schezwan Nachos Bhel is a quick and easy recipe featuring cheeselings, nachos, onions, and tomatoes mixed with delectable sauces and spices. This bhel bursts with flavours and offers a variety of textures in every bite as the fresh ingredients and spices create layers of taste.

Cheeselings are small, puffed biscuits with a cheesy taste. I enjoy experimenting with simple ingredients at home, particularly those that can be whipped up in 5 minutes for those times of sudden hunger when one typically searches the snack cupboard for something healthy to snack on.

I have used salted nachos for this recipe, however feel free to experiment with the flavours you have at home.

This is my son’s favourite recipe. It’s incredibly delicious, flavourful, and quick to prepare, making it perfect for serving kids, at parties, and during gatherings. It’s a delightful recipe that combines the tastes of spices, vegetables, and cheddar cheese, making it an excellent choice for snacking.

Tips & Variations

  1. You can keep everything ready and mix everything together just before serving or else the bhel might become soggy.
  2. Remember to taste the chaat while adjusting the seasoning.
  3. You can add grated paneer, carrots, cabbage or lettuce leaves.
  4. I have used fresh boiled corn kernels. However, if you want, you can use frozen sweet corn kernels.
